Frequently Asked Questions
What is the most inspiring personal story about impact on a participant?
Anna was one of my earlier students. After almost 10 years in a big industrial company, shortly after she gave birth to her daughter and came back from maternity leave, she realized (through not so subtle cues) that she wasn't going anywhere in her current department.
She then got a job in a smaller organization where they really needed her big company expertise but once again she got boxed into the technical expert role. Her boss wasn't advocating on her behalf and she was feeling stuck; she couldn't figure out what she could be doing to be seen as management material.
Anna decided she needed to change her approach and get some help. She took the Influence Masterclass and immediately began her transformation: she started to manage her career and projects more strategically, to pay attention to how decisions were made in her company and to advocate on behalf of herself instead of waiting for her bosses to make the right choices. She was promoted for the first time into a managerial role a few months later.
She started seeing herself as a leader and handling meetings and work negotiations with more confidence. She asked for another raise to match her salary to peers at the same level and got it.
Most recently, Anna received an offer for a new and bigger scope role at a multinational company. She was using many of the tactics previously learned throughout the recruiting process and ended up negotiating a great compensation and even some extra vacation days!!
Anna effectively increased her compensation by 70% since she first took the Influence Masterclass!

During the course we have multiple group discussions. But the best way to engage with others is through a closed Facebook group, which is an integral part of the course. This is where we post and discuss homework assignments and topics related to influence. From time to time, I will post videos, texts or articles, answering students' questions about concepts that were not clear or providing additional information for those who want to learn more. Once the course is over, students are encouraged to join the greater Master Influencers community where they can continue learning and connecting with like-minded women.
